The Flower Thief verses the Wedding Dress Thief

Have I got a story for you. I was at Physical Therapy last week, and my Therapist was telling us a story about a man who walked into the lobby and stole some flowers. First he took the first plant and went out and put it in his car, then he came in to take the second pot of flowers and as he was walking out he dropped the plant, and he tried to clean it up, and then he put that one in his car. He then proceeded to his car, got in and drove around to the front of the building to park his car, where he then went upstairs to get some blood work done. When the police arrived , (Oh did I fail to mention there are cameras in the building to, and he did this in broad daylight to). Anyway when the police came they looked at the cameras and asked if anyone had seen anything, and the nurse said that she had just taken blood from a man, who she had to clean his arm up because he had dirt all over his arm from cleaning up the plant he stole. So you think this idiot learned a lesson. Probably not right???

Then after I got done with Physical Therapy I ran my errands and when I got home the news was on and they showed a women who walked into a store where they sell wedding dresses and she literally stole a wedding dress, carrying it out the door in broad daylight, this made me think of the story they told me about the flower thief. Now how pathetic do they have to be to actually do something that stupid

Laws…Why Do We Have Laws? No One Follows Them! And they Don’t Enforce Them

Police Officer Breaking the Law

So this is another topic I have been wanting to talk about and have been busy with Physical Therapy they finally started for my neck, to see if this will help, so I won’t have to have surgery. OK, enough about me, let me get started on the topic.

So the reason why I want to talk about this subject is because, you here how the Government and the President and all those big wigs in politics want to spend money to create more laws. Like the salt law that stops restaurants from serving salt in their food, or the law for banning 32 OZ sodas from being sold because people are getting to fat because of it.  Well let me let you in on a little secret, Oh sorry it isn’t  a secret is it, (LOL) it cost money to make these laws and I have to say that if someone doesn’t want salt in their food then tell them when they order their food, or a law is not going to stop someone from drinking soda whether it be a 10 OZ, 15 Oz, or so on, so why make the law. You know the saying (You can lead a horse to water, but can’t make him drink) or ( you can put the bait on the fishing pole, but can’t make the fish bite). People are going to do what they want no matter what.

So my point of this is that why are they creating more laws, when we can’t even follow the ones we have now, and they don’t get enforced enough, so that is why people feel they can get away with it. An Ex. fines for littering are pretty steep in most places, but people still do it, and the cops say, well I didn’t see them do, and even if they did I don’t see them doing anything. Or how about this , the Cell Phone law, and people still text and drive and then when they nearly hit you, they stick their middle finger at you, like you were in the wrong. Another one, is about signs, and traffic lights, and how people don’t obey them. they don’t stop, at stop signs, or lights, One way streets, they drive down the wrong way or back down it thinking they are going the right way. Do not enter signs means keep going for them, or no through trucking means I can drive my truck down that street. It is pure arrogance that people don’t care about their life that much if you are willing to risk yours or your kids lives do these idiotic things you do when you are driving.

Traffic lights can have several additional lig...

Inspiring Movies, and Books

I have some more interesting  and inspiring movies to share with you .

  • Duke- An inspiring movie about a man who was injured while in service and when he came home to his family, a dog had become part of his life and gave him hope. Till one day he didn’t want to burden his family so he packed him and his dog in his clunker camper and went to live on the streets. Till one day he thought the dog was dying and dropped him off in front of the vets and asked that he be put down so He wouldn’t suffer. Well this vet so that this dog still had some life in him and saved the dog. The she put ads out to find the owner of the dog, and when the daughter saw the ad, the family and dog were finally reunited.

You Lucky Dog

  • You Lucky Dog- A young lady returns home for her mother’s funeral to find out that she needs to save her home, and decides to stay and fix things. A sheep herder got rid of a dog who would not do the job he is supposed to, so this young lady took this dog and worked with him and entered into the sheep herding contest, and they won, and then the real test was that not only did everyone think the dog was worthless, but he ended up saving a camp counselor and some kids from a forest fire.

  • A freshman father- a young man who finds out his girlfriend is pregnant and does the right thing by marrying her, they move in together, she has the baby, and when she thinks that the baby doesn’t like her because he won’t stop crying for her, but only him she decides to leave and in the end she wanted to give the baby up, but he insisted on keeping the baby so when they went to court, he finally got custody. He struggled to keep up college, raise his son and his job, with obstacles always in his way until the dean of college realized that he would go places because he worked so hard at school, work and raising his son.

  • Accidental Friendship  This is a true story About a cop who befriends a homeless women and her dogs. She brings food for her dogs, and then helps her to find a place to live and get her life together and ends up getting married to.

Undercover Angel

  • Undercover Angel  Her little girl plays matchmaker to a lonely freelance writer and her mother and if I remember watching this movie it is based on a true story

Across the Great Divide

  • Two kids set out across the Rockies to claim a piece of property before it is too late. When they meet a Man who is a gambler and helps them to get where they want to go and has then changed this mans ways of living in the end.

  • Heartland-  Where a dairy farmer faces ruin brought on by European law and fights for the injustice of the system

These were really great movies to watch, and they are like really inspiring, because in these movies, if there were more people like these in the world, we would be living in a lot better place, than we are now. I think that in our world, I am sorry to say, but it is all about greed and how everyone is going to make their next dollar, and that is very sad .
